These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of EnshroudedBuilds.org (the "site"). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About the site
EnshroudedBuilds.org is an independent, unofficial fan site with build guides, a skill tree guide and a skill planner for the game Enshrouded. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Keen Games GmbH. Enshrouded and all related names, logos and artwork are trademarks of Keen Games GmbH and are used here only to identify the game.
Use of our content
You may read, share links to, and print our guides for personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short passages if you credit EnshroudedBuilds.org and link to the original page. You may not copy whole guides or large parts of them to another website, app or video description, or present them as your own work.
The skill planner code and its skill tree data are licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later. That license, not these Terms, governs your use of that code and data. See the license notice and the About page for credits.
Accuracy of information
We check our guides against the in-game skill text and official patch notes (see our methodology), but Enshrouded is updated regularly, and values, tiers and recommendations can change with any patch. All content is provided for general information and entertainment, "as is" and without warranty of any kind. If you find a mistake, please tell us.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site in a way that harms it or other visitors. That includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, overloading the site with automated requests, scraping it at a rate that degrades service, or using it to distribute malware.
Advertising and third-party links
The site may show ads served by Google AdSense and links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of advertisers or linked sites. How ads use cookies is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnshroudedBuilds.org and its authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including lost game progress or decisions you make based on our guides.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
